Membership and Termination You may only sign up once and maintain one Membership in the Service. You must be a resident of the UK to receive cashback. We reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member at any time without notice or explanation, and the member will not be eligible to receive any cashback or rewards that may have been earned or accrued. 2. Cashback Members will earn 'cashback' or cash reward everytime when they purchase anything or signup for any service. When you purchase anything or signup for any free service by logging into your account or through link of is4u.co.uk , your account will be credited but it would be confirmed when the retailers confirm your transaction. It may take 30-45 days. Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then the cashback payment will not be made. We are not responsible for any change or discontinuance of any cashback rewards through the retailers.The Member accepts that, in some cases, there may be a delay or failure to award cashback due to your failure to provide necessary information to The Company for the crediting your account. The Company will not be responsible or liable for the delay or failure in such circumstances. Cashback rewards can only be paid when a Is4u member has logged into our site and accessed the retailer's site via a link from the member's area. All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailer. Is4u will make every effort to ensure that retailer's are correctly reporting cashback sales however we cannot be held responsible should the retailers systems fail to report back your sale. (In the rare case that this occurs we will make every effort to negotiate the cashback reward from the retailer on your behalf; however the retailer's decision is final). 3. Dormant Accounts In the event that a member does not show any activity to their account for a period of 6 months then the account will be considered dormant and will be closed and all unpaid rewards will be forfeit. 4. Payment We make payments to members 30 days in arrears who have accrued £25 within their account. Any account balance lower than £25 will be rolled over until the next Month. The member may request a payment be made to them at any time subject to their account balance being at least £25. Payments will be issued every month subject to the commission having been received from the respective retailers. The cashback paid to the member will be subject to receiving the commission from the retailers and We will not be liable to pay any cashback to a member where a retailer has not paid the commission to is4u.co.uk for whatever reason. 5. Newsletter We will send you a weekly newsletter, providing updates on the latest offers and updates. You must provide a valid email address to receive this weekly newsletter. Your email will never be passed onto anyone else. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act. For more information, please see our privacy policy. 6. Modification We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. 7. Miscellaneous This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. 8.
