A. We make the way for our retailers to offer their products to our customers, So they reward us for this in the form of commission,and hence we are able to reward you.

A. To earn cashback, you must register first as an Is4u.co.uk member.

After getting login, you get access of all the retailers we are providing, just select a retailer of your need and we will be informed automatically by the retailer that you have earned the cashback.

Q. How do I earn cashback without purchasing anything?
A. Some of our retailers do offer cashback just for registering on their site or completing survey whilst some of financial retailers offer cashback for requesting an instant quote. There are some of our retailers who offer cashback when you signup for their newsletters so that they could send you emails for various products and offers.

A. There is no limit to get the cashback but you can only open one account.

Claiming Cashback



Q. How quickly do I get credited as my purchase is not showing?
A. We have to wait to receive the merchants verification report for the transactions and for this you may have to wait for atleast 4 to 6 weeks from the date of your transaction. Once we get confirmation, we update your account by no time. If you are subscribed to our newsletter then you can see these updates by every newsletter email.

We aim to update accounts as quickly as possible.

If you have not seen a cashback statement after 30 - 45 days of your purchase then please send an email us at cashbackclaim@is4u.co.uk detailing the transaction and we will then contact the retailer on your behalf and make every effort to claim the funds for you.

please can you supply the following details in the cash back claim email : The advertiser whose item/service was purchased from, The order/sale confirmation email sent to you by the advertiser and The date of the transaction.

Note:- After submitting your cash back claim it may take several working days to process as we need to raise a request with the retailer and await their response.

We will contact the retailer on your behalf and make every effort to claim the due cashback from them.

Q. How soon will I receive my payment?
A. As you complete £25 credit in your account with 'Paid' status. We will process the payment within 30 days.

A. To access your account, you must login and click on 'My Account' on the top left hand corner where you can see all the transactions you have made.

Note:- Recent transactions may take up to 30 days to appear. This account statement will only show approved cashback credits.

Q. What is the maximum time limit, I should wait to see my credit rebate to the account?
A. Every retailer keep his different time schedule to confirm the payment so sometimes it may take longer for the credit to appear. You must be sure to have all details of your purchase or efforts until the status of your purchase or effort is shown as 'Paid'.

If you still get any problem with the transaction you should contact us providing you have purchased after logging into your Is4u.co.uk account using your username and password and then visiting the retailer from your shopping directory link

from a direct Is4u.co.uk newsletter email link

Then please send an email to cashbackclaim@is4u.co.uk detailing the transaction and we will then contact the retailer on your behalf and make every effort to claim the funds for you.

Q. How do I get the paid?
A. We always issue the payments through cheque. Please always keep your 'Personal Details' up to date so that you don't have to suffer any delays.

Q. Why has some of my cashback credited been 'pending' or 'unqualified'?
A. The status 'pending' means that you will have to wait for some more time for your transaction being confirmed as some retailers take more time to notify us the transaction.

The status 'unqualified' means that the retailers has declined to pay for your activity due to some reason so we can't give you cashback.

Thare can be some possible reason for declining. For knowing the reason, you can contact us by email at cashbackclaim@is4u.co.uk.

Q. Why has a transaction been reported with a £0 commission?
A. Our retailers are given the facility to reverse cashback payments in the case that a product has been refunded or terms of the offer have not been met.

If a transaction has already been credited to your account and the product later returned then the retailer passes a code back to us to set the original cashback amount to 'zero'.

If you have a transaction that has been set to zero then please double-check that you met the terms of the offer and that you are still in possession of the goods ordered. If so, please raise a support ticket and we will contact the retailer on your behalf to try to resolve the issue.

Q. Why has a cashback credit been removed from my account balance?
A. If a product is returned then the retailer will revoke their cashback payment. In this case any cashback amount that may have already been credited to your account will be deleted.

Q. How long do I have to wait for my first cheque?
A. We can only pay when your account is on or above £25. The £25 level has been set as a realistic threshold taking into account the costs of cutting cheques, subsidising the £3.00 sign-up bonus, promotions and marketing costs.

How soon you reach the threshold depends on your needs, activity and purchasing patterns. Some members reach the £25 level literally within a few months of membership (we have issued many payments in excess of £100).

Whether you reach the threshold this month or in six months it will reflect your level of online spend and we hope you will still enjoy the cost saving it represents however large or small.

Q. There is a problem with some of the retailer's link, Why is that so?
A. Sometimes due to some software problem or pop up blocking system can affect the links. If you get problems like a link in either our newsletter or the site doesn't work.

Here are some suggestions to solve this problem :

# Please disable your Ad Blocking/Popup Blocking/Cookie Blocking software (you might need to close your browser and re-start after you shut down your blocking software).

# If you are using a browser which has privacy setting, set the privacy setting level to Medium (the default setting).

# If you have any softwares having ad-blocking and cookie blocking features like Zone Alarm Pro or Norton Internet security, these products have ad-blocking and cookie blocking features. You do not need to disable your firewall, just disable the cookie-blocking and ad-blocking feature.
